Two major reasons why we need Gods blessing upon our food are the nutritional deficiency in modern crops and the deficiency in our own gut biomes to process what nutrition they have. Also good reasons to have our own gardens and make them a blessing not only for ourselves but for others. The more we bless others the more we ourselves are blessed.

I have Lyme disease and it has made me sensitive to beans nuts and dairy so to get my protein I have to eat meat😢 we toured Ellen’s house at Elmshaven, her grandson told us Ellen could not eat legumes so every week she ate chicken till the day she died so I’m confused and I don’t like eating meat 😢😢😢
