Love this Judge frank Caprio a great man, legend in holding the scales of Justice Fairly Tempered in MERCY, a lover of mankind! Prayers for him he has cancer and needs prayer, he did not have a good prognosis, and i have not heard in a couple of months how he is doing. WE NEED THOUSANDS OF JUDGES LIKE THIS! 💔💯🙏

***We would like a health update for judge Caprio.*** It's nerves partly but judge Caprio tries to get people to not be ill at ease or to be nervous, he adds a little levity to the situation all the time and that's just the type of judge he is. It's traffic Court, judge Caprio doesn't want people to have a bad experience in his courtroom because it's not that serious. Some traffic violations can be dangerous and he addresses those concerns when he feels it's necessary. He also takes into consideration the situation that the person was in at the time of the traffic violation, he tries to be fair and just. Judge Caprio uses compassion, and listens to people's stories and the circumstances surrounding the incident before just throwing the book at them. He also looks at the demeanor and the attitude of the person standing in front of him, if the person standing in front of him is giving him attitude he'll give them attitude back. If the person in front of him realizes that there's no reason to cop an attitude, and they decide to be nice, judge Caprio usually changes his mind as to what the punishment is going to be once he hears the situation surrounding the circumstances. Judge Caprio was raised to be kind, caring, compassionate and to listen to the circumstances surrounding the incidences that these people are in front of him for. Pray for judge Caprio that he will survive this cancer and go into remission for a few more years. He's a great man and I like his wisdom, I'm sending good thoughts his way.
