It might be a tad outdated but I think I love the property! The pool and big trees seem very nice. How was the beach?!

The beach was great, especially for Uvero Alto. Waves were fun & from U.S. fall to late spring, there should be very little seaweed, if any at all. Another thing is, the food is very good for an all-inclusive!

Very good question and, yes, somewhat. If you prefer not to hop up, there are stairs every few rooms

I was there on Valentine day and it was no charge for room service.

They must've implemented the room service charge recently. I'm not surprised since it's a sprawling property. $5 isn't too bad.

The AC in the rooms work well. In the indoor restaurants there's also AC. The beachside restaurants are open air, therefore no AC.
