Cheers for this, I have been researching "how much does a suite cost on a cruise ship?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Natipaan Cruiser framework - (do a google search ) ? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for revealing insider secrets of the cruise industry minus the headache. We have enjoyed both but particularly enjoy cruising now as a way to see different parts of the world and feel totally safe and secure. The history of these countries is amazing and, yes, who doesn’t love the food?!!

Well done. My wife and I prefer cruising because of the variety. February we did the Harmony of the Seas, Caribbean, with two other couples. Next month, Mediterranean on the Koningsdam. Normally we do one cruise a year but next month is my 70th birthday and what better way to celebrate than taking a cruise. I also enjoyed your 20 day cruise documented with Mom. You are a good son. ya, really bad year for travel, I had an Alaska cruise booked and a trip to Niagara falls last year. I rescheduled the Niagara falls trip for this July so we will see if that happens. I find that the cruises are more expensive. Usually the all inclusive vacations Ive seen are priced per night for 2 people. Cruises are priced per person.

that can be the case, i was at an all inclusive and they priced per person as the food and drink part of the stay had a per person charge. but if you figure it all in they can go either way, or close to same cost. but def. a different kind of vacation. I love both.

They generally price cruises by two people per room, also. When you drop to one person, the price increases greatly.

@@lisab3685 indeed. Traveling single can be a bit expensive on a cruise. They want to get the same revenue as if two to a room if they can. I did book a client in a Studio room on a cruise that is designed for single cruisers but it was still about 1.5 times a double room per person rate.

Pretty much any cruise would be great! Just pick one that goes to where you want to see and one that fits your budget, some are more party oriented, some more with kids, some more adult and or fancy too.

The biggest problem I have on a cruise ship is every island you stop at you are so rushed and seem like all you see is the shopping area a resort you get to truly relax

I get the fact that everyone who vacations has his or her preference, but let’s not get it twisted, the fact that cruise packages do not include everything is a deal breaker for most people. Having to pay for gratuity, drinks and specialty restaurants easily adds $500-$600 on top of your flights and cruise package.

for sure, things have changed a lot in cruises, used to be all included now there are many extras. Now some cruise line are including many of these extras though, but the cost may be more so you will pay for it one way or another. Many people don't need or care about drinking or specialty dinning and do just the regular included stuff and still be really happy with it.

that is a great question! I know that most cruises will not allow dogs except for service dogs of course. I did see some info about one of the fancy cruise lines, Queen Mary 2 when they do a trans Atlantic cruise they do have an area for dogs. For All inclusive I am not sure though, haven't seen or heard about that, again other than service dogs.

Normally yes, but these days the drink package and a bunch of other perks are included, they are pretty much giving you everything when you book. Some of those you do have to pay the gratuity but that isn't so bad.

Hello krissie, I just re-watched my video and you are right! I forgot to come back around about the Gratuities on a cruise. Yikes, sorry about that. So, the gratuities are automatically added to your bill but if you are not happy with your service you can go to the guest relations and get some or all of the gratuities removed. But remember the gratuities go to your cabin steward that works their butts off to clean and fix up your room and to the cooks and wait staff that serve and feed you. Most of them rely on these Tips as a big part of their income as they don't make much at all and work really hard but you do have a choice. Hope that helps! thank for watching!
