Joining in any all india round meaning we have to pay complete 1yr fee to that college ? At the time of resignation due to getting a better seat in state round, will the total amount be refunded from the college ? If soo what's the time period ?

If I don't resign AI R1 seat before the deadline, later on state R1 results declared but now i won't be able to join the state R1 seat but moving further to state R2 I again got a much better seat then at that point will i be able to resign my AI R1 seat?

You can ignore these sir. It is not complicated yes - but we do repeat things so that nothing is missed out. especially during the counselling when more than the rules, the assurance is required. Helps many. For some it is very simple - yes. Since we get the most queries on these - we make these videos. And most of our queries / clarifications during the process are on these simple things. For assurance, so that no one misses out.

But in 2023 there was exit with forfeiture in All India Round 3 which was given under special circumstances(that MCC received mail from several candidates that they were alloted a seat in their state round 3), did this happen in the previous year or might this happen in this year’s counselling?

this did not happen in ai round 3 sir. this special circumstance happened in ai r2. ai r2 reisgantion deadline was over. many states did not publish state round 2 results by then. ai round 3 had started and during choice filling of ai round 3, candidates were allowed to resign their AI R2 seats to join STATE R2 seats. This was a first time thing, where ai r2 resignation was allowed after ai r3 started. You had mentioned ai r3 exit with forfeiture for state r3 seats. This was not such a case. ai r3 allotted and not joined can exit with forfeiture anyways. air3 joined cannot resign. these don't change. and in most cases (except one or two deviations), state round 3 results would be published after ai round 3 joining is over (i.e. after removing ai round 3 joined candidates)

Sir I have a doubt that when we join a particular institute in Round 1 .... Are we supposed to fill the fees ? Do we have to give fees everytime we join?

Sir if I am opting for diploma seat in all india cousnelling round 1 and get allotted…. Can i drop it and give higher option to any private cllg for MD in state counselling? Will i loose diploma seat ? If by any chance i dont get md seat … can i come and take diploma again?

There are few options: 1. You can report to hospital where you alloted diploma- submit documents and join officially and inform that you are going for upgradation in state counselling..they will mention the same in their admission list n admission letter...if you get the preferred md seat in state counselling, you can collect back the documents and join the new college 2. As you have taken up the diploma seat, not obtained preferred branch in state counselling, the taken seat retains there..not going to loose...I think you can go ahead with all india counselling - for better options tooo 3. Free exit is there in all india counselling: you got alloted, but not joining. Here eventhough you are not alloted desired branch in further counselling, this diploma seat never exists, as you have not reported / taken up the seat Better is to go and take up the seat, and then go for upgradation of seats
