Ive done a few of these. Great beer.. Ive found the best way is to take the bag out of the box, pull the tab off, strangle the end and just slowly pour into fermenter. As for adding water. whats in the box is what they serve at their brewery. Adding water just waters it down. Having said that i add 3 litres. Only reason they do 15 litres is that its a 1 man lift. any heavier would be a two man lift, crazy. Best to try and use cryo hops so you only use half the amount.

They aren’t cheap, but it’s cheaper than the gear to AG. It didn’t feel right though.

@@littlejohnsbrewing there not too bad compared to buying grain, yeast and hops plus saving 4hrs on a brew day is worth the few extra dollars when your time poor

They are a great option for many brewers..... cheaper, easy beer with minimal effort and equipment.
