Spotted hyenas are also one of the most successful carnivores, less aversion to humans and control diseases but unfortunately they're not under as much protection as lions and people have taken to poisoning them. The female spotted hyenas are bigger than the males too so I guess that means Jasiri is significantly younger than Janja?

I love Jasiri! 🤪 She's a really cool character and I love how the Lion Guard series has a hyena that is NOT the antagonist!!! 😀😃 I really like how Jasiri warmed Janja's heart over time by saving his life. He finally excepted the fact that he wanted to change sides and join Jasiri and her clan.
