He can actually be beat it in a real fight, reasons a) many charachter's could beat him before he wrote their names bc of their speed and bc of the 40 sec time lapse before there dead(goku, ichigo, naruto, etc.) b) jotaro & dio would both stopped time before he wrotes their names c) no one knows kakarots, vegeta & other charachter's last name d) he cant kill shinigamis e) (remains uncomfirmed) theres the supossición that only works against humans f) The death note wont kill any person who has lived less than 780 days, same rule applies for people who has been revived before that time lapse ( Goku in between majin bu's saga and pos dbs , freezer pos zen oh's tournament saga, & kakashi after pain killed him)
