Ryu barely ever talks, he's totally 1 dimensional with him only thinking about fighting and absolutely nothing else, his design is pretty average, and the main thing that sticks out about his design (which is the iconic red headband) was given to him by Ken. And how could Ryu be 100% better than Ken when way more characters have copied Ken's shoryu reppa than any character has copied any of Ryu's super moves?
