It seems that Sinistcha is the evolution of Poltchageist, and not the other way around as I said in the video. Interestingly, in their Galarian counterparts, it was the opposite, which is why I got confused. Thank you for pointing it out!

I like to think that the Bloodmoon Ursaluna is the rideable one we met in Legends Arceus, and was blessed/cursed by Arceus to allow it to survive after the extinction.

If that were true, then that means somewhere out in the Pokémon world, the rideable Wyrdeer, Basculegion, Sneasler, and Braviary are still alive as well.

I may have a reason to why Ogerpon is 100% female. She's a Kijo which is a Female Oni which is she's based on. And the "Ogre" part of her name isnt spelled as OGRE but as OGER as in OGERESS (Female Ogre) which is an english Translation of Kijo. And the Kijo has some Physical Connections to Ogerpon! Yellow eyes (Like Ogerpon), Long hair and Long clothes made of Rags (Like Ogerpon's Hair/Cloak thing), and The Kijo live away from Civilization (Like we see with Ogerpon)

Perrin stating that Hisuian Pokémon still exist in modern times, they are just not that common, is such a nice detail. It made me sad to learn that Ursaluna was no longer around in the modern pokemon world, but since that Perrin Quest, and seeing quite abit of the Hisui pokemon, it gave me hope, knowing that they are still around.

i was not fully understanding the role of terastal crystals in the dlc but the connection you draw beautifuly ties everything together! i really wish the next dlc gives us some answers in this direction
@drxavier18709 ай бұрын
I believe the crystals purpose in the DLC was more used to demonstrate how much potential they have, the small formation of Tera Crystals in the Crystal Pool are singlehandedly causing the Tera Phenomenon to happen in Kitakami, compared to Area Zero wich is filled massive crystals. and the fact Ogerpon's Masks can harness Tera Power just by having a few crystal shards embedded in them and take on special forms

In regards to the mystery behind the return of the Loyal Trio, I was watching someone's playthrough when I noticed something that escaped my eye. When Kieran punched part of the shrine that housed the remains, there was a dark aura or energy coming out. I don't know if it relates to Japanese mythology, folklore, or Shintoism, or if it will be related the lore of Scarlet/Violet. I just thought I'd share this with people who bring up that scene in the Teal Mask story.

I think I also saw it, but if it's real (probably is), then I've seen it before. Where you may ask? THE TROUBLESOME TRIO!!! (a.k.a the loyal three if your lame, sorry, I don't make the rules... Oh Wait I Do! 😏). Also, if you go down to the store in town, you can see a weird pinkish purple think hiding AMONGst US... er I mean, among the items the old lady there sells (I think he said that in video, but just restating it incase you had forgotten) and Kiren's hair also has similar colors to the weird scarfs the troublesome trio wear, and the weird purple store thingy. Think of that as you will.

Ok i have to question the mentality of the villagers back then. Appearently the stranger and Ogerpon looked scary to them so they had to wear the masks in order to fit in. But how the hell did they think Ogerpon's face was scary-looking? She's cute as hell. What was wrong with the old villagers?
@ericriley19859 ай бұрын
It's heavily implied that Ogerpon and her original trainer were originally from Paldea. Given that this event most likely took place hundreds of years ago, well, you have to look at real-life history as an inspiration. From about 1603 to 1846, Japan engaged in a severe isolationist policy that cut them off from pretty much all outside contact: foreigners were only allowed in Dejima Island in Nagasaki, Kyushu. Throughout the late 18th century and early 19th century, whenever western sailors (usually American whalers) were shipwrecked off the coast of Japan, they had to make their way all the southwest to Dejima just so that they could secure their passage home. During the trip, these sailors were treated so absolutely horribly by the native Japanese that it eventually escalated to the historical Black Ships incident.

Its more like the back story of some of the other legendarys, think of the 3 dog legendarys they started off as normal pokemon, then even the loyal 3 are other Pokémon transformed, it has the hallmarks of a legendary, but theres other Pokémon that are related to mythical or legendary but aren't the same, mewtwo and ditto is just a different form of mew they are mews not a new pokemon, but because they're just that much different theyre classed as unique Pokémon, then the land jelly fish aren't regional version of the water they are separate Pokémon but they can breed and be reproduced, can you breed the blood moon ursaluna or not? And we know it can't be reproduced, and it has its own personal lore its a legend so id say its definitely more of a legendary than psudo legendarys,

Hisui is the old version of Sinnoh, Sinnoh is based on Hokaido a seperate island from mainland Japan otherwise known Honshu. Kitakami is based on the Tōhoku region which is literally north of the real Kanto. So yes, if Pokemon is roughly the exact equivalent to the real life than Ursaluna would need to swim to reach Kitakami even if both regions are based on Japan In short Hisui is a seperate island to the rest of the Japanese based Pokemon Regions. Hoenn is also, however instead of being based on Hokaido is instead based on Kyūshū a third seperate island. The fourth island, Shikoku which along with the three others make up the entirety of Japan and has only been partly used as basis within the Pokemon world, specifically Whirl Island
