I mean to be fair, I like both Marvel and DC while well-aware of the flaws, it's just I retired from DC sadly because I didn't wanna put up with the whole "Comic vs Movie" feud anymore, I mean I know Marvel did the same thing but still, sorry lol.

I don't think its a matter of lego not caring, lego can't just make sets randomly as they need funding and approval from the license holder. Themes like angry birds and trolls got a lot of funding, probably to push the new film, so that is why they got lots of new molds for a one off theme. Lego Mario is the way it is because the license holder has control over how the toy will function, if Nintendo wants Mario sets to be adventure courses then Lego has to do it or just not make sets. Its clear DC cared about the theme early on but slowly lost interest, this correlates to their films getting worst. The lack luster reception to the Lego Batman Movie probably contributed to it too. Eventually the only companies making dc toys were action figure companies as they have an established fan base. Lego tried to hold on and that is probably why we got so many Batman sets, they didn't have to make too many new molds as DC had already approved the creation of those pieces and DC would sign off on it as they know Batman was popular. DC lost interest, Warner Brothers lost interest, their whole company was spiraling which has lead to them merging with Discovery and restructuring their entire DC media studio with James Gunn

I think just one for flash and nothing else. Considering Shazam 2 is coming much earlier than flash, and we’ve had a flash leak but no Shazam 2 leak, I’d say we’re not getting any for it

DC had 4 movies for 2022 before 2 of them went to 2023 lol. I'd assume 1 set for flash and at least 2 sets for aqua man 2 since the first movie got 1 set and was $1B at b.o

Lets just hope Lego DC will get a come back with the upcoming James Gunn DCU. With Superman Legacy not yet released until 2025. Lego DC should make some sets from the movie by scenes. If the DCU got a bright future when it comes to interconnetivity. It's Lego.

the most anoying thing about LEGO DC is the abundance of batman they don't do this with spider man they just do it with DC, comon LEGO, I want superman themed sets, flash themed sets, green lantern themed sets and a justice league set we don't have sence 2018 and it is not just that, the sets lately have been just batman vs the joker and the new batman mask is not very good (you could argue that is bias) the only positive things about LEGO DC right now are that there is a new Batman The Animated Series set that is cool and it fixes the problem of batman needing a white rubber band on his head to fit the white eyes in the mask
