@ Yea they were teenage New York runaways who was captured by a chemist who ended up experimenting on them causing them to get mutant abilities. Cloak(the guy)-can teleport essentially by using portals. And can also send others into portals. Dagger- has knives shaped daggers of light. They are vigilantes cuz they decided to use their powers to take down drug dealers
