Underground Empire Tube was a Dark Place beneath the surface who were once a peaceful empire until Zeba become it's Emperor and turn it into a cruel place as he seek to take over the Surface and cover it in Darkness. Tube send their Chiteijuu Doggler to rampage the Surface World. When Doggler was defeated, Zeba would called out Energy BeastOmelampa who wouls use his energy-like fireworks to revive Doggler as giant.
