I think the reason for this is because he uses a different Exoskeleton, there's a reason his moves arent in the customs, it would require a new base and it would look weird with the normal one.

i use the down heavy attack when the fight starts, to have an invantage, (since the opponent will do the dash thingy) then after the sp uppercut i just high kick him, and when im in trouble, i'l just spam jab and maybe one heavy attack
