This game was my childhood. Well, sorta childhood. I first played and fell in love with it when I was 10 or so. I sold it (for what reason, I dont remember) and then suddenly a whole bunch of ninja themed commercials played on TV. Felt like something was trying to tell me to get the game back. So I did, and beat the game all over again. That was 7 years ago. Now I have a ps4, and my favorite game is dark souls 3. Dark souls 3 stepped up in place of mini ninjas, when I sold my ps3. The art style, the story, and especially the soundtrack is what made me love this game. Along with the background clips. The simplicity of it all, ninjas, good vs evil, I've seen it a lot, portrayed in different ways, and so on. But this game. The developers did it right, at least in my opinion.

I love this game. I first discovered it while cleaning out my families DVD shelf and decided to boot it up. The moment I started playing I was amazed. The game was set up in such a way that it felt endless, with boundaries so hidden they were almost invisible. It turned out that my older brother played it, then my older sister, and now me. It's been 9 years since I found it and it's been my favorite game ever since. Every time I beat it I cry because I know that the world that I loved is gone and it's never coming back.
