Good question, Fake/other Oren’s belly/Stomach can’t make a roar sound was because it doesn’t have a mouth so the belly/stomach can’t talk, it just grumble for food while Oren has mouth so he can talk and eat food. So if his stomach can’t roar then why can’t Other/fake Oren make a roaring sound? Maybe it’s because he’s never do it before or just bad at making roaring sounds or he’s useless at making a roaring sound for some reason.
