Wuthering Waves is soo much better than Genshin Impact and here are the reasons: 1. Graphics - WW graphics are 10 times better than Potato Impact which is huge for a serious PC gamer like myself. 2. Combat System - WW combat system is also way better(heaps more fun imo) - obviously massive plus. 3. Artifacts - WW have root based artifacts meaning you can farm much as you want, unlike Genshit Impact's super limited resin plus 99% crap artifacts combo. - On top of that it's million times easier to get gg or perfect artifacts, so many people already have several perfect or near artifacts in WW. - So its day and night compared to game like Genshin.. 4. Wishes - WW wish system is super generous compared to Genshin, so many people got 5 stars within 2-3x 10 wishes. - WW developers already gave everyone one FREE 5 star hero, you know samething Genshin did for 3rd anniversary.. cough - WW doesn't have total scam weapon wish like Genshin.. you get the 5 star weapon you select within 80 pulls(usually much quicker). - Have fun getting Furina weapon by getting another two totally useless 5 star weapon first) Honestly way I see it Genshin died on the release day of WW, personally I've spent tons of $$$ in Genshin but I will NOT be spending another cent on that total rip-off game graphics made for old Nokia phones.

@@allenwalker4703 Well, if it's any constellation, the four star broadsword in battlepass with copies will be stronger than the 5 star options for Calcharo. That said, it is 10 USD to obtain and will be 10% less dps than standard 5 star, or 50 USD to get it to max and be 20% stronger than Jiyan's. Really the only instance of a purple being better right now, you pay for, lol. Also, people have cleared higher difficulty holograms with 4 star characters and weapons. As long as you meet a good dps check, it's all skill after that.

I'm using the BP Broadsword I just got today and that thing slaps so hard on Jiyan. I'm still getting Jyan's weapon at some point through exploration, but my Jiyan at 60 and some decent to great echoes hits incredibly hard. I wouldn't sleep on the BP weapons if someone is on the fence for them, they are great picks this early on where weapons can be scarce. I'm pretty much on par with where you are at in terms of combat content and I feel like he will only get better with his sig to where I can push him further.

If you're running out of echo exp, chests/tidals do give some, like if you were to collect all tidals on the map you'd get 200 purple, 456 blue, 256 green. The hidden shop west of Tiger's maw (In exchange for lampy ore) and illusory realms offer some relief as well and a 4-star weapon selector for those that lack concerto weapons (tiger maw shop).

Yeah, I'm glad that I've got 5* weapon for Calcharo. My 4* weapon luck was awful. I have 4 DEF blades, mostly because of weapon banner rate up, but still I rather have 1 more Variation or any other weapon, tbh. 3* weapon R5 is usable on him, but I mean it's 3*. Verdant is very good statstick.

God I've got Crit Rate + Crit DMG on the most of the Calcharo echoes. Too bad 2 out 5 are "Epic" quality but his stats is like 63% crit chance + 228% crit damage. Also I consider to make an aero set for Jiyan personally because as I feel the most damage we do is our main DPS. I didn't get enough of party DPS profit building Mortefi and Verina. Don't know if you already killed all of the red monsters in the open world - this is a fun thing to do. You probably could kill every one and get a profile banner. The 90+ lvls are much fun.

Wow, just realized my 5-star Echo Dreamless for Danjin has an amazing roll - Crit dmg, Crit rate, Atk%, Heavy attack damage bonus, Resonator skill dmg bonus. And yea I was able to hit over 10k damage with her heavy attack.

just from flat dmg alone from maxing lvl of both weapon and character on calcharo, thats a 33% increase. skill lvls is 55% from lvl 4 to 10. no idea how hard it will be to get lvl 10 of the right stuff, but thats a easy notable 2x dmg that doesnt even include things like all the nodes that are missing. tones of growth still left time gated.

One hint I got from MrPokke that I don't see many peeps talking about. Early on, it makes sense to focus on building generic sets, the atk and energy regen up ones - because you can freely swap gear between chars for the tower. That way, you can build one team, with generic gear, then swap ALL of your dps gear to another char for a diff floor. Mtashed mentioned that for swapping his weapons, but you can take it further.

Question for Tashed and the Tashed community. I’m Union Level 15 - been slow rolling bc I mostly play on my phone and this games controls / battery drain aren’t very great. Plan to play more / pick up the pace when it hits console. I was lucky enough to pull Verina, and was going to choose Calcharo for the selection banner and save my choice ticket for if I need a dupe in anyone if I end up pulling future dupes. However, I’m noticing it’s very slow getting Lucent Waves and I don’t want to spend Asterite on them. My question is - do you think it’s more valuable to an early account to save the ticket and get the eventual Calcharo out of the selection banner . . . or use the choice ticket on Calcharo now, and either swap the selection banner to someone else or pick up the eventual guaranteed dupe? Been using Rover / Mortefi / Verina in the meantime but I see videos and think boy my progress might be so much faster with a better DPS?

That's crazy. I'm Union 34 and my Encore, Verina, Sanhua team can't beat the level 70 Mephis, I'm stuck at 9/24 for the Tower. I'm surprised how quickly I hit the 'there's not really much to do' part of the game. All my regions are at least 90% or above so there's not much exploring left to do, and the level-gating is so extreme that it'll take, what, a few weeks to hit Union 40? The dailies are nice and short, it takes like 10 - 15 minutes if you don't rush, but otherwise yeah I've already kind of checked out because of a lack of content.

I can't think of something worse than grinding echo, so I am not doing that. Grinding is not fun or unique content.

@@kian239 Is it a gear thing though? I feel like my team, primarily Encore, is dealing good damage already. Sure, she could be doing more, but I'm beating all the content at my level just fine. Only when the game throws a lvl70 boss at me do I struggle. I was expecting more than a few days of content, definitely. I guess this is the problem with live service games as a whole. I can open up Fallout New Vegas or Skyrim and get lost for hundreds of hours, but God forbid a live service game try to have more content at launch instead of drip-feeding content over massive stretches of time. Demand more. Demand better. You deserve it for your time and money. I remember when people complained that singleplayer games required grinding side content, and how people complain about radiant quests in Bethesda games. Grinding echos in this game just does not sound fun, the same way doing the same rescue a settlement mission in Fallout 4 isn't fun and most people don't do it.

Yesterday i was malding so hard i used all my yellow substat reveal mats. Decided to upgrade 1 cost purple to yellow, but it had one juicy crit rate roll. So i thought i will chase this crit rate roll on yellow until i get it, well, 400+ stamina wasted on fields later + all my exp + all my mats and i got one. From lvl 20 purple with crit rate to lvl 16 yellow with crit rate. I ended up in the same place i started from. I couldn't get it after 10+ refeeds, only crit dmg like 3-4 times. Have 52% crit rate on electro man and dmg still feels low in tower. Kung fu girl with 1.2k atk and 40+% crit rate + aero buff barely does anything. Even dreamless spam doesn't work, i need to lvl up mc more. Funny enough i have c\e 6 Chixia and she actually deals dmg, she also has a pretty strong bursty ult. And at union 35, maxed pokedex (still 19 locked until you hit lvl 40) and all side quests later you're just doing your dailies, so why not build different characters during this period. Had fun in sim uni with Taoqi full counter run, will start with her and Sanhua after.

I have only def weapons and have to use the 3* weapon on Calcharo. It's usable for world exploration and all that, but it hits like a wet noodle in the tower. I can barely kill the lvl 70 thunder mephis in time, I'm nowhere near close to getting 3 stars, and that's the normal tower, not the hazard zone. The gap between 5* weapons and 4* is massive, and the craftable weapons are pretty terrible, being worse than 3*. Next time I hope Kuro puts a 4* weapon in the banner that is usable for the limited character in case you don't hit pity, because putting the def broadblade in the Verdant Summit's banner sucks, you either get the 5* or you don't get anything for Jiyan.

You should use flauntist as main echo for calcharo, its so strong. It helps with his pretty slow concerto charge, and u can just switch in whenever you think the cooldown is up, and just swap cancel it out. It also does NUCLEAR damage, mines doing 1.5k per tick when it crits.

I'm union lvl 30 DB lvl 17. Moat of regions 20-40%. Finished main story, and just some exploration stories. I just have 5-6 usable 5* echoes. Only my Jiyan is lvl 60 with 60 weapon. It's still rough to beat some of the first hologram levels. Unfortunately I play on mobile :-( so well timed dodges/parry and canceling stuff on the very low end. But I do feel that when I'll reach a point where I'll have at least usable 5* sets and some skills leveled, I'll be able to advance quite a lot

Question about the main stat: The main echo does it always have crit as main stat or can it have other stats and how do you know what main stat to have on other echos is it like in HSR head(hp),gloves(atk)etc...Do you go crit for the main echo and then element dmg on the other 4?

Only one answer - any stat works as long as it helps the character Ex- jiyan does aero dmg So atk% , aero dmg bonus , crit , heavy/ basic attack dmg bonus are good for him

The good thing tho is echoes really aren't all that gated by something like stamina or energy. They're gated by exp ofc cuz we can't funnel unupgraded echoes into others to level them up, but you can farm upwards of 30-40 each day from your own map and if you reeeeally wanna farm a specific one you have other people's worlds too. It's actually super generous compared to most games artifact/rng equipment systems. As long as you got time, you'll always be able to farm and that is a super good thing as long as you don't get burnt out

Ez my havoc rover runs a 2/2 with ER set havoc damage set. ER 150. crit rate with 5* sword 58 / crit damage 195 and my ult is hitting for 15k-19k in one burst . I have c3r1 jiyan and havoc rover is absolutely demolishing everyone.

By 35 you should probably be at data 18, so when you hit 40 you can get the 80/20 chance for 5 star echoes. Just keep farming specific echoes you need and you'll get there in no time

Just target-farm them through your database -> Trace. Go for the ones you haven´t unlocked yet (the "???" ones). I went from DB 12 to 18 in around 6h oder less. It really speeds up once you unlocked DB 15.

my calcharo has energy regen stats on echo 3, its fuckng good AND HAS GOOD SUBSTATS. my cycle is fast af (energy regen on 130% ish)

how does energy regen work? I know it increases ult recharge rate but what about outro skill recharge rate? concerto recharge rate?

As far as I know Concerto energy cannot be gained by Energy Regen stats. You can only gain Concerto if it specifically mentions Concerto gain like the weapons Cadenza and Variation

MY Jiyan is even better at 66.8/ 231 crit without crit weapon. Have 30% HD Bonus 27% LD Bonus at 1.5k attack
