Great video. I’m going to check out a few of them. Also I recommend NEKOGAHARA. it’s about a cat samurai. Created by the man who created shaman king. It’s a short read at only 5 volumes.

Hello! As a fellow cat cult manga collector I noticed you didnt have I am a Cat Barista (its a bit on the silly side), FukuFuku Kitten Tales (similar to chi's), Creepy Cat (short 4 panel stories that are cute and silly), CatLords man servant (personally this one wasnt for me but I thought I'd mention it!), and keep on the lookout for A Story of Seven Lives, this is my all time favorite cat series and I'm so happy it got licensed by seven seas

Thank you for the recommendations! I'll definitely look into those. I saw A Story of Seven Lives in the Seven Seas solicits and was going to pick it up no matter what but glad to hear it's a great series!

Great video, Questyen; I love your fun collection of cat manga! I have three recommendations with one thing in common: they all have someone named Natsume/Natsumi. Check out Yuki Midorikawa's manga series titled Natsume's Book of Friends, which has a fat cat (really a powerful yokai) named Madara with a sassy attitude that kind of reminds me of Jim Davis's Garfield. For a more realistic story about cats, check out Natsumi Hoshino's short series titled Plum Crazy, which is overloaded with cuteness but kind of hard to find. Also, there's Soseki Natsume's classic story titled I Am a Cat, retold in manga format by Chiroru Kobato.

So I've been collecting Natsume's Book of Friends. I bought the whole series the holiday sale before last at Right Stuf and 6 or so volumes still haven't been reprinted so I'm missing some of the early one's. Really looking forward to that one. The "I Am a Cat" manga I really didn't care for and got rid of it. "Plum Crazy" I've never even heard of so I'll definitely add that one to my wishlist. Thanks for the recommendations!

I need that shirt haha. I think the only cat manga I have that you didn’t mention is Nyankees, which is about stray cats that are personified. It’s a pretty fun read.

I love the walking cat my favourite story line is with the young boy and what the boy did when he got bit my eyes was definitely in shock that he did what he did I could not stop reading after that

Thank you for watching! Yeah this video is from a year ago so most of the new releases that have came out since I have checked out. I also only included manga where the cats are the primary focus so that's why I didn't list Natsumes, Romantic Killer, and Way of the Househusband even though I have those. I keep meaning to grab Nyyankees but keep forgetting about it.
