Oh if I only could feel the love of horse and rider. The control the rider has to make his horse work for him. It’s beautiful. I love the old timey cowboys. There was no other life but that. Meredith, Wesly growing up just the first of many off to college you'll raise him correctly. My son went to college then went to the Navy and to war, flew many missions, and came home ok. Wow, Wes and Austin, you're both doing great on those horses. Try Roma tomatoes. They aren't slimy and taste great. Lawrence, hope your foot heals quickly. I stepped on the edge of a piece of metal at work once and did the same thing. Hurts like heck.

Prayers of comfort regarding the loss of your Aunt Betty. It was wonderful seeing Wesley and Austin on cutting horses. My cousin in California breeds cutting horses. It would be nice if Austin would learn how to train horses later on. I see that on her agenda in the future! I have not had tomato pie before and I have been craving to eat one for two weeks now. I laughed out loud when you said you were going to fix one! Our ‘maters are not as good here in Washington State as we had during the summers in South Carolina. I wanted to let you know that I appreciate you tremendously as you work hard sharing your love for God, farming life, etc. I know that you spend a lot of hours editing as well. BTW, I bought 10 caps that say "I see you God" to give out to various women in the church. It does my heart good to see their smiles and happy tears when I hand one to them. Oooooooh Tillamook cheese is awesome. I love to go the the factory in Oregon when we drive down to the coast.

Prayers for your Aunt & family. Great job on cutting. Have lawerence use some Pain-a-trate on his foot. It'll help with pain, may not relieve it all. But it'll help with swelling. At least it reduced swelling in my knee.

Oh my, I see a cutting horse in the future! The kids did awesome on the cutting horse. I had one and they were so much fun! I know you will miss your aunt, but she will always be with you as long as you have those precious memories! My problem started with a broke foot, and ended up with nerve damage, so my foot feels like it breaks everyday. It's called CRPS. You can look it up. Well enjoy the week and prayers for Lawrence's foot to heal. Love you guys❤

Prayers for you Aunt Betty, may God's grace fall upon you and the family. Blind baking a crust helps keep it from getting soggy. We make Tomato Pie up here, we do it with Italian sausage or a good breakfast sausage, ricotta or cottage cheese (small curd, drained) Our layering is cheese, meat tomato, layer two cheese, meat tomato. you can use Taco spice also with the beef.

Thanks for sharing Meredith! I use Pillsbury pie crust it is a good crust. The tomato piie looked good Ya'll. Never had one. I usually do the beef. Elbow macaroni and diced tomatoes. I was just walking , heard a POP in my foot & it hurt like hell . Stayed off it a few days NO BETTER . Finally went to doctor , needed surgery with a pin . it is OK now .

My son was climbing Ive our fence and his shoe lace got caught he fell foot first into the rock garden. Broke every bone in his foot. All they could do was put a boot on his foot but that hurt so back he wouldn’t wear it. It eventually healed. Sorry about your aunt.
