I love your dachshunds and your background! Honestly your watercolor backgrounds are just so, so pretty to look at! They're just beautiful! That story about the cream colored dachshund being buried in the dirt outside for years and years is just so funny! Never heard a story like that before! I would have thought it would be irreparable after all that time! I don't like most of the sticker eyed pets either. Never noticed the eye bag thing but I think that some of them look creepy or just very, very weird. Yes, I also always thought that the pink eyed dachshund looked sassy and pop star like! Her looking like Dachshund 518 was probably something Hasbro did when they ran out of ideas sometimes, taking similar concepts from previous LPS and using them on newer ones. That dachshund and the shorthair she came with are actually opposite colors of each other (the shorthair is pink with brown eyes, and the dachshund is tan/brown with pink eyes).

Aw thank you so much Katie!! 💗 It’s funny, those backgrounds were originally just made because I didn’t have a printer at the time and couldn’t buy scrapbooking paper because of the lockdown! I really like the way they look as well, I’ll have to paint some more someday. And yes definitely!! I’m honestly shocked that the LPS made it out of that, much less in the condition that it was! We assumed it was long gone so that was a nice surprise. Makes me wonder how many other LPS she could’ve lost in her garden ahaha! Ooh, I never actually noticed before that the dachshund and shorthair in that set had reversed colours, it seems so obvious now! I don’t have the shorthair, but really hope to get it someday especially now that I have the dachshund.
