Honestly, it's really interesting to listen back on these older versions of the songs. Not just to see how far they've come, but also to see how well they still hold up against the current versions. And in my honest opinion, most of these actually hold up pretty well. Also, am I the only one who thinks your version of Finale totally could've coexisted with Vruzzen's version? I'm imagining an alternate universe where Black had a full week with Defeat, Ominous, and your Finale, but Vruzzen's Finale is still unlocked by beating Identity Crisis.

It is really interesting to hear the old versions compared to V4. They all sound good. I feel like if Vs. Imposter V4 was released in August these would be what the songs sound like, but I feel like what we got during release of V4 was better. Minor note: nice to hear Old Finale in V5. So here are my personal thoughts on how they sound compared to the new versions. The old mando was a real bop, it sounded so much bouncier and made me wanna vibe to it. On the other hand the new one is better in terms of drops and some of the effects and mixing sounds cleaner. I’d say a mixture of both would make the perfect result like emihead’s version. Out of all of these I’d say the old d’low sounds the best. It’s an absolute manger and really makes me wanna vibe. But punkett really managed to add to that awesomeness and somehow make this version sound not as good. The new oversight had a much better mixing and matches the ominous spooky angel-y (okay i’m just making up words now) vibes of white and i think we can all agree that it’s much better. Plus white’s old voice sounds like hitting a plastic can. The new danger is definitely better in every way, the vocals, the mixing and everything else was done much better in the release version and niisan’s version made it even more enjoyable to listen to although it could use better mixing on the drums. Double kill- okay do I really have to explain it? The new one is much better in every way and that transition into the defeat screen is really missing in the old version. And for finale, if we got an updated version of the old one to match it more with the vibes, i think it would turn out better compared to vruzzen and punkett’s version.

Rareblin and Nii-San actually made multiple iterations of the old Finale. I think you can find most, if not all, of the iterations on the FNF mod wiki, including the final iteration before Vruzzen and Punkett took over production of the song. And let me just say, that final iteration goes REALLY hard!
