All Naharlagun youth Welfare Association: construction of Masjid in Nigam Colony is Unauthorised

All Naharlagun youth Welfare Association is alarming the situation unfolding in Nigam Colony Naharlagun, Association stated that"it has come to our notice that that unauthorised issuance of provisional land possession certificate to non APST individuals not only violates the !aw but also poses a serious threat to the integrity of the local community and the environment.furthermorevthe construction of illegal structure in the vicinity of the helipad can compromise safety and security measures in the area.
Association urge the concerned authority to take immediate action to address the matter and investigate the issuance as well as the construction of Unauthorised Structure

Secretariat also comes under wildlife sanctuary as per 1972 record . There is settlements everywhere under secretariat area too. Helipad bhi nahi banana chahiye wild life mai. There should be rectification in the area demarcation of wild life sanctuary.
