bulls logo is on another level... not too realistic, but not too cartoonish. not too detailed, but not too simplistic either. compared to some of the other logos from 1960s it was way ahead of its time and still looks good today. there were other iconic logos, but they dont age well and get updated after 10 or 15 years to look more modern or just to sell more team gear.

It seems like a lot of the teams now are favoring a logo that resembles a soccer jersey patch. Generally speaking, the designs are going from more artistic and with more realistic animals to more simple or abstract animals (albeit less cartoonish). More of a business man's approach to logos. The Heat's original logo is definitely on fire and I like that the entire ball is in flames. It should've never been changed because it would look just as modern today.

I think my top 5 would be 1. Bulls 2. 90s Suns 3. 90s Spurs 4. 90s Raptors 5. 90s Magic.
