All-new 2025 BMW X3 xDrive 30i. This or previous model?

Looks like a Capybara and not in a cute way. Interior lost wood trim, opening pano roof, comfort rear door access,ambient light rear, plastic everywhere. When it’s time to move on from my G01 X3, I’ll look at other BMW models or elsewhere. This is not it.

@ I would prefer to. Hopeful that the saying luxury starts at the 5series holds true in the future. G01 was luxury enough against last generation’s competition. I just can’t wrap around my head that Fords and Hyundais appear more luxurious inside and out compared to this X3. Next gen X5 better not go plastic. Otherwise, entry level Palisades will compete better at luxury against the GLE’s and Q7’s of the world.

I would go with prestige package. Bells and whistles are to have.

Honestly, I like the redesign of the x3. Older BMW models screamed old school money. These newer models now scream modern, well, in my opinion. I think that's why there is a lot of controversy that they don't like this new design. But we can't make everyone happy. This for sure will be my next car in couple of months. NOPE. Boring exterior, cheap plastic interior with a HOST of lost features. Just got the 24 M40i.
