I can’t believe I just randomly found your video on a dyson deep dive! Thank you so much for showing the difference in colour! I had no idea they were so different! I love the blue blush and blue rosé ones. They are so cute and such different vibes. The blue rosé is so elegant and feminine and the blue blush is so cute and girly. I think my husband might be gifting me the blue blush one for Christmas, as he has been throwing out a few hints.🤫 But let’s see 🤷🏻‍♀️💕 New subsciber here! I really like the dark blue and copper but worried that it might peel off or scratch. Did you have any problems? Would the nickel and copper be a better option? Others commented been in the same situation 🤔🫣xx

@@user-cu5ds1ji7c I did have problems with the dark blue/copper one. It did scratch and peel off, but I complained and they sent me a second one and I chose the vinca/rosé color and so far no scratches. But yeah I think the full metallic ones may hold for longer without so many precautions

Love your comparison reviews! I have the blue blush color, but really debating whether or not to exchange it for the og nickel/copper version. I’m worried about the matte finish of the entire thing isn’t the best choice for the long term based on a few reviews others mentioned about the matte finish being more prone to scratches/marks 😭 Have you noticed or had any experiences with damages/chipping so far with the ones you own or tried out?

Thank you so much! 🥰 oh I haven’t seen those reviews 😮 I’ll check some out! The problem I had with a matte finish was with the Prussian Blue/Copper color (that I mention in minute 7:45), but so far with my vinca blue/rosé one I haven’t had any issues (but I also haven’t been taking it anywhere or moving it a lot). Otherwise, I’d suggest to buy a bag for it in case it’s not included in your order OR to always wrap it around with clothes or anything to protect it if you ever put it inside a luggage or any place where it could get scratched. 😇 At home I bought a display stand where it all stands separated from each other to make sure it doesn’t scratch!

First of all, thank you for this video. I have noticed the difference between the 2022 and 2023 color too and only found your video that went into it. I have the 2023 blue blush. It arrived 2 weeks ago, i have used it 2-3 times only and the pink top rim of the device changed to burning color. I wonder if you have the same issue? I am afraid if i ask for the replacement i will have the same issue.

Oh wow 😯 that sounds extreme. No I haven’t had that issue. Actually this video was filmed after having the 2023 version for about a year already (and it still looks as new as the other too). I would indeed ask for a replacement, I doubt it would happen again. Or you could, by the replacement, ask for a new color if you wish. I bet even if the problem would happen again you could always complain again, so I would definitely do it. But what do you mean burning color? I’d like to see what you mean! Did the ceramic pop dyson develop any scratch marks yet? Do you have to be extra careful with the ceramic pop color?

I honestly can’t tell because I didn’t keep it longer :/ but I assume not. It seemed pretty sturdy! And the one I kept, on the areas where it has the same finish, it’s still looking good!

i don't know if you're still debating but i have the ceramic pop.. and while it hasn't been scratched yet, i noticed some weird discoloration on some of the attachments.. it's really obvious since the attachments are light pink which is unfortunate.

In my case it’s doing well but another girl commented hers scratched :/ idk I think as long as you cover it when it will be rubbing against other things, it should be fine. The new baby pink is GORGEOUS! 😍💘

Same here, I’m in love with the pink but am thinking of getting the Prussian blue or Nickel because I don’t want it to scratch or the matte finish to get all gross like it always does.

They really are! I personally like the vinca blue a bit more, and I think that’s the “custom” version on their website, so you can even select what’s best for your hair type now, which I couldn’t do back when I got mine! That’s a nice plus! 😇

Where exactly does it say that? On the box, somewhere in the article itself? I believe Dyson’s HQ are in Singapore so it could be that they are made there actually. Did you buy at an official online or physical store?

@@reemreem6508 they mean the texture, look and feel is like ceramic. But idk what it’s made of. Probably metal or plastic covered in that matte finish in any color
