There are several things I like and find dynamic about those features on the Ethics scooter part. There's a band from Las Vegas that has a song titled Total Pandemonium. The bands name is curlupanddie. It's also so hot, like; 120 degrees and so many triple digit days throughout the year that having a frame like that would allow heat to quickly dissipate is relaxing. The heat also hardens rubber making chunks and gouging more often than not. But perhaps the answers to avoiding this would be possible with this framework thermal dynamics. Otherwise, midwest theologians will have at it as a small spark that may grow into a great fire.
