Here I was thinking "Oh, you just mean the returning operators, right?" But no, they actually reuse old animations multiple times even in the same faction. Callisto, Ghost, Reyes, Chuy and Stiletto are the animations I noticed straight away. Obviously there's more but fuckin hell, even the operators available during the beta are unchanged.
