When people think of bad cards, Imp Throwing Garg never gets brought up, but it's a comically worthless addition to literally any deck. It's literally an understat with a dowside. I'm glad for the buff.

This is interesting! I love that the community took it upon themselves to make the game a better place. I hope to see more of this mod! EDIT: Upon further looking, there seems to be a few changes that I would make to this, to make it more tribe-consistent. For starters, Giga Gargantuar (Wannabe Hero) should have frenzy instead of strikethrough to fit the theme of the Hearty Class. I also really like that the AI’s have custom-built decks. I have high hopes for the future of PvZH!

I've been a fan of this game for years, and I believe a mod in which you could swap your superheroes superpower would be super awesome! Imagine swapping your superpowers (as long as they were from a certain class) for specific archetypes for heroes! You could swap out some of the lesser used powers, which could massively change the usability for some heroes and classes.

One thing I kinda like but also kind of dont is the sacrifice mechanic. Now it is a really cool ability, adding a bit more thought into your plays and a ton more synergy, but it doesnt really make sense on the plant side. You see, popcap were going with something when they made this game, the zombie side has alot of cards (mainly the crazy class) that benefit from killing or sacrificing other zombies. The plants act as perservers and work by mainly buffing, protecting, or having team-up. I mean there are plants such as Grapes of Wrath and Beary that benefit from damaging themselves, but they dont benefit from others dying.

Popcap no longer in charge, Also the Way sacrifice works is : "You can't play it if you don't have the correct material on board, however when played it functions as evolution in any lane" I couldn't make it evolve in an empty lane, so I made it destroy plants that's about it

It's interesting that the games go longer in spite of the nerfed cost of many cards. Maybe they were meant to bring quicker games, but stats and abilities were also nerfed to compensate for lower costs, making it take longer to win games.

This buff adds stronger defensive cards, like sweet pea and Garg thrower, as opposed to vanilla's stronger offensive options (trica, pirates and stuff). This means that both sides have an easier time answering threats, so the games last longer.

I get that this is more balanced but gargs shouldn't cost 3 or 4. My (kinda) solution is that they should all cost 7 or more, but have the upgrade of having enormous health, and requiring 2 tricks to kill, kinda like how in pvz1 where a garg could survive 2 potato mines, 2 squashes, 2 cherry bombs etc.

Best thing is you can split garg decks into 2 types The heart and the crazy Hearty are way more ...normal and late game-y whilst crazy are way more based around early to mid , I geniuenly can see all 3 of the crazy gargs be ran in normal decks honestly , with the garg throwing imp being the least used but even then certainly not useless xp Well one sad thing about the mod is the rework of wizard garg , now it gives untrickable instead of bullseye...which sounds better but honestly I really wanted teleport wizard garg to then play a bullseye mega garg to be an actual combo But there is a somewhat broken combo with giga garg - smashing garg , as you can guarantee a strike through 8 damage attack with frenzy , hard to set up but it has some serious OTK potential

Fry, I found a new combo that maybe you knew about but I thought you should try. If you have go-nuts on the field, and you play loco coco on top, the wall-nuts created become 5/6 because the go-nuts ability still activates

Look the concept of this mod is super cool don't get me wrong. But Strikethrough and bonus attack in hearty? What's the point of classes anymore at this point. Just give it frenzy instead of strike through and have it be garg evo: give all cards +1 +1 and frenzy for the rest of the game.

I feel like a lot of the changes were too far from the original or just unnecessary Bloomerang was fine at 4 as long as u don’t make 3 cost 2/5s the norm Gargs getting cost reduction is fine but they should probably be 4 with +1 attack from where they r in the mod currently Extra card draw is nice but in cards like rolling stone or sky shooter just doesn’t make sense
