Thankyou Bhai for your valuable comment. If you are using Jio then there is JioPhone Prima 4G and for non Jio users there is BlackZone Winx 4G. There are few more but I haven't tried them. Both feature phone video are on my channel.

4g and Internet has nothing to do with UPI, its a sms based service. Choose mobile which has camera for qr code scan. BTW 2024 nokia phones has advanced Gupshup Pay app with balance check and My QR code options.

I dont think Nokia 4G phones have auto call recording. But if you are using Jio sim you can go for Jio Prima phone which has option of both auto and manual call recording.
