I’m confused with #9 where did you get the first cogwheel

hey , so first head over to the room at the top floor ( get the big wheel ) @ 4:33 then go down to the left windmill @ 4:45 and place the big wheel on that windmill ( another smaller wheel will fall down ) grab it and take it to the wheel on the right. place the new wheel on the windmill on the right side ( another wheel will fall down ) so then -> grab the wheel that fell down + the smallest wheel you got from the left wheel .

take them back to the gear box and that's it
