Ellicott City, Maryland is one of the better places to live in Howard County. It is located between Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, DC. There are a lot of activities in this area for a diverse group of people. Just a lovely and safe place to live.

I visited Bmore in '99. For some reason we went over to Howard County and I kid you not, I didn't see 1 black person.
