I think he had the most damage with Particle Style, but overall I still think Tsunade was the strongest, for her endurance and versatility. The weakest was obviously Mei.

@@go_757are u sure ? Mei had few attacks against madara compared to raikage and kazekage. She even could have won against sasuke if not zetsu intervention

@@ahmadathariululazmi7881 I agree, Mei is strong. But even though she has a plethora of techniques, they're not as versatile as Raikage's Taijutsu or Gaara's sand. They're similar to Oonoki's Particle style, with strong destructive power, but Oonoki has had many more decades to perfect them.

Or Tsunade I bet both are the True MVP of the Kage fight Tsunade prioritized healing the other kage even though she's dying, her chakra levels is already very low due to extended use of 100 seals, and her body is torn in half Tsunade also served as the chakra battery for other kages during the fight all while healing them and tanking the damage

We're basing things here based on the usefulness of the kage DURING THE FIGHT with madara and Tsunade did stand out from the rest with Onoki coming in a close second

@@quentinjones6877 it's so hard, and jinton required 3 nature elements which is air, earth and fire. she only has earth, fire and water. with earth and fire she can perform lava release sadly she didn't have air element so she cannot use jinton. even if she had it, it's not that easy

Earth style honestly has some busted techniques looking back. A Susanoo tanked like 4 different attacks and even a giant Rasengan and Tsuchikage’s jutsu boosted Raikage’s punch to the point where it can break Susanoo. If that were Sasuke, he would’ve exploded into pieces.
