I wanted to recommend getting a silk/satin bonnet to wear to bed when your hair is curly. It will help with the curls lasting longer.

i don’t have curly hair but i bought one like 2 years ago or so and wearing one has really had made SUCH a difference in my hair. i have way less breakage and i can put off washing my hair longer as it doesn’t get as greasy now so 100000% recommend getting one outside of that!

Building off of this, don't know if you've tried any gels, mousses, or curl cremes, but those might also extend your curls between washes.

idk why i haven’t tried this. but thank you! i have 3b spiral curls and they get. SO. KNOTTED. and tangled and frizzy after two days and i only wash my hair once a week. if anyone recommends a good one i’ll order it!

I bought liquid gold as a result of this video and I can’t believe how good it is. I have tried so many moisturizers and this one is prefect!!!! It’s only been 2 days, but I love how it sinks in and leaves my skin soft so quickly. Thank you Jaime!!! Thankfully the smell dissipates cause initially it’s…….odd, but only for a few seconds.

Hi Jamie! If your curly hair is only lasting 1-2 days, you're probably not using enough strong hold products. Would recommend using a really strong hold gel (probably with protein bc you color your hair) and scrunching out the crunch once it's dry :) it should last you 3-4 days, possibly without a refresh.

The liquid gold moisturizer is my HG! This product and Vanicream gentle face wash are my go to products for when my skin barrier is compromised. I'm on my third bottle of it and every time I go back to it I question why I stopped using it to begin with. My only issue, which is minor, is the scent of it. It smells odd at first but quickly fades

Ahhhh I’m not super surprised - it’s a pretty thick product! Try running the dispenser part under hot water and that should unclog it!
