Oh god this takes me back ! I loved She-ra and had so many of the toys. My mum and dad spoiled me rotten as I wasn’t a well child and spent a lot of time in hospital so every time I was admitted or had an other operation I would get another toy. I also had loads of Care Bears soft teddies and also the plastic smaller models.

About Catra's Evilness and connections of other characters to her, as far as I remember it (it's been over 30 years), in the german audio-plays there was no connection to the Horde and Catra was not completely evil, I think they used to call her the Mistress of Mischief on these tapes. Her tagline of "Jealous Beauty" was transferred into her bein jealous of everything She-Ra has, she wanted the Power, she wanted Crystal Castle and she wanted her boyfriend. I think the most evil thing about her, that I remember, was that Clawdeen used to be her teacher in magics until Catra stole her power and transformed her into a lioness, and that was just something mentioned unregularly. As far as I remember it, most of the other girls were cautious when Catra was around, but there were no open hostilities, I remember episodes where Catra was invited to parties one of the princesses threw. Closest to a friend for Catra was Entrapta, who was somewhere in between evil and good, not like Double Trouble, who was a good character but faked being evil sometimes, Entrapta supported both sides when she felt like it (not even something like keeping a balance, she just supported who better suited her own agenda), but she was a friend to both She-Ra and Catra. Speaking of Entrapta, not only was she able to capture foes with her hair (like Medusa), she was also able to transform everything and everyone she touches into gold (like the Midas' Touch and connecting her further to the mythical Medusa who turned people into stone), that's why her outfit is "gold", the tech-affinity came later into play, when the "original storyline" from the Mini-Comics and Filmation were combined and she was made a pure evil character, I think they erased her gold-manipulation-powers around the same time, for I don't remember seeing her using that in her few appearances in the Cartoon.

@@xenoxols2527 LOL, it's a Love/Hate relationship. Season 6 they split up and now they are even at bigger odds like a divorced couple. Catra becomes the hero, and She-ra goes off on the deep end and becomes Despara, new ruler of the Evil Horde after she took the head of Horde Prime. Not to worry by Season 9 things all turn around again.

They actually look just fine. Same as they did in the 80s, only the Origins have more articulation now. I have them with my She-Ra right now and it def works.

You could do Sweet Etheria High where She-Ra is the popular blond cheerleader and Catra's the dark goth emo chick with black hair. She-Ra hates Catra and thinks she's a weirdo, but meanwhile some of She-Ra's friends have gardens growing out of their heads, so they hang out with Catra on the dl, or they work together at Starbucks or whatever.
