Expressions clearly doesn’t know about a local football club in Melbourne where Ange (whilst coach of the National team) gave a local club where his played a blue print as how to play. This was about 8 years ago and I saw Ange was at one of the games. My son was playing for another side and they lost 8-0. Basically all the Nunawading junior teams were set up to play in triangles and walk the ball in the back of the net. You wouldn’t believe it until you see it. They moved the ball around lured the opponent out of position and get it past them. No shooting. Not even in the box. It was not an option. This is fundamentally AngeBall. The first goal that Werner assisted was a tap in, a typical Angeball goal. If you are looking for that traditional magic striker set up you won’t get it under Angeball. The long ball up the field is not Angeball. If you see a player do this then they are not following proper process. So if Xpressions is hanging out for that striker he will be disappointed.

Tottenham didn't need a striker... you score goals at will when it clicks... i feel Ange needs younger and faster players for the style of play he wants... so they track back and move around quicker... and the penetrative possession play needs some work because Tottenham at the moment thrives on transition play or box to box... the team just needs time and good recruitment especially for more creative players to break down opponents...
