Bruh! That thing Albedo wears in omnivores in not an omnitrix. It just helps him to evolve his alien forms and stabilise his forms. It’s just modelled to look like an omnitrix. However, according to Wyatt, because Azmuth programmed the Omnitrix to not accept any Ultimate Aliens DNA, it'll completely reject the crystal. Giving a crystal that powers a disintegration ray and upgrading a Stabilizer into an Ultimatrix type device as a necklace to any of Ben's girlfriend is a complete waste. Plus, the last time Ben gave an alien crystal to his girlfriend, a Mechamorph dog went feral and Ben had to throw it away to calm it down.
