If solution is not affordable for the patient then why do we need all these products? YEs it would be nice if everyone could afford the ridiculously high prices Zeist has but they are not affordable. FOr an allon4 you have used 4 different surgical guide pieces temporary abutments chair side dual resine... and the most complicated implant system... Why do we complicate dentistry ?

why the small over bite

A deep overbite will give a high disclusion angle and may generate higher lateral forces on the implant supported denture. Shallower means the teeth get out of the way faster as the patient begins the chewing stroke. It's still an acrylic temp denture, so strength is a concern. Patients tend to break those a lotin the healing phase until they get their final hybrid or zirconia prosthetic.
