Okay here's something i wanted to say Bonney's Toshi Toshi no Mi (Age-Age Fruit), not official name but the most likely name is probably the reason she can actually eat like Luffy, since Luffy's body being rubber is why he can eat so much and even so we've seen he does grow larger when he eats large amounts of food but Bonney has never been seen once in the manga growing larger from large amounts of food so its most likely her devil fruit doesn't age biological things up and down, but more so progresses or regresses things through time, so she can use it to basically rewind her body constantly to points when she hadn't eaten anything. But that's just my theory

In katakuri's case it was not his devil fruit it was his advance observation haki that helped him to avoid blows from opponents. He see the future as he knows where opponent is going to attack he shifts his body parts so its not like logia. You are wrong here my friend.
