ALL pink ribbon eel locations in INFINITY NIKKI and how to find them QUICK

as soon as you said one spawned in each spot I was fishing and got one, kept fishing and got two pink eels in the same spot! it's definitely possible!

quick update: I'm fishing at the 2 spots where the croakers take you and BOTH of those spots had double pink ribbon eels???? The spot look exactly the same just with two pink bubbles, I wonder if there's a chance to get three pink in one!

When i exchange the fish, she doesn't give me anything' she says here's a gift and then i get nothing, is my game glitching or you dont get anything after certain amount of exchanges?
