When Lillie stole Nebby from the Ather Foundation labs, Lusamine employed Team Skull to track it down and bring it back. Depending on what game you're playing, Lusamine's motive and outcome will vary. In Sun and Moon, she was affected by UB01's toxin and slowly started going mad, which really got bad when Gladion and Lillie ran off with Type: Null and Nebby respectively. Eventually, she tries to open wormholes all throughout Alola, letting Ultra Beasts of all kinds invade the islands. In Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, Lille and Gladion's actions are the same, but Lusamine, who isn't affected by UB01's toxin here, distances herself from her kids, despite still loving them. Her goal now is to open an Ultra Wormhole and defeat the otherworldly creature Necrozma, before it can come to Alola and steal light from the region. In Episode RR, during a press conference regarding Necrozma, a wormhole appears right above Lusamine's mansion and Team Rocket storms the premises, it being revealed later that Faba was the one who gave a Team Rocket from a parallel world the technology to warp to Alola in the first place.

Man that team rocket theme makes me wanna play Pokemon Rocket Edition again. Also its a good rom hack guys. Not like the one's with jessie, james, meowth. Rocket edition doesnt have the trio. Their skull-ifying skull gull is to get money to survive. The reanimation of Team Rocket is Team Rainbow Rocket. Their main goal is to team up to catch the Ultra Beasts to conquer universes and universes. The seventh is Team Yell. Unknown goal, but they disrupt gym battles with their yellhorn. The side series team is Cipher. They want to turn every Pokémon in the world to shadow. Then there was Team Snagem. This team tries to steal every Pokémon in the world using their special device, the Snag Machine. Then there was the doppleganger, Team Great Rocket. They want to literally steal legendary Yu-Gi-Oh cards for nothing. Last spin-off team was the Go-Rock Squad. (More like Go-Duck Quad.) This team attempts to capture the Legendary beasts with their own version of the Capture Styler.
