Only warlocks can have a worldsoul. AMD only mages the scroll by decipher one Phase 3 scroll. But it is RGN. So it might take some time.

It looks like only warlocks can get them with a New imp PET. This pet can Explorer portals- wich are Hidden in the World. And there is a Chance the imp Fonds a worldcore fragment
