In conclusion can we say that if : Ram is living in a village and his father has ownership in 2 plots (in one fully, and in second partial), one which is half buildup area but it has only simlpe house no floors.. only ground floor. And in 2nd plot in which his father has 1/3 ownership, is not buildup and it is barren land although this one also comes under panchayat residential plot. Then in this case for the consideration of residential plot/flat , what criteria would be applicable when clubbing both plot area.. will it be 200 sq yard criteria applicable or 1000sq ft . also address this quesation Sir...In Oct,2024 ...If I'm applying for EWS certificate valid for the year 2024-25, I know that family should have income less than 8L in FY 2023-24. I Have Made my EWS certificate from Uttrakhand And All the points are matching with the centre criteria but i have 2 questions 1. My certificate does not contain photo 2. I am currently living in delhi and have delhi address in my Adhar card but EWS address is of uttrakhand Kindly tell me that My EWS is Valid or not? 1. Photo nahi hone se koi problem nahi aayegi 2. Present address delhi ho toh issue nahi par try karo ki permanent address vahi ka ho jaha se EWS issue kiya hai. Varna aisa nahi ho tab bhi bahut zyada issue aata nahi hai address ki wajah se, par sahi ho toh better rehta hai And thank you so much for the appreciation ❣️ Apne dosto ke saath jarur share karna agar kuch help hui ho toh
