Hello Guys ! 👋 Here I am once again with a brand-new Sabaton edit, but this time featuring something different! I’m sure that you already saw it, but Netflix put out last Friday on October 28th the remake of the 1930 movie: “All Quiet on the Western Front”! I couldn’t help to think what it would sound/look like with Sabaton song’s “Great War” playing in the back! Well, here it is and I must say, I really like it! 😎🤘 This movie was just such a wild ride! I really enjoyed watching it in an educational way. The story was so well-made, and it was hard to go through some scenes, sometimes. I just loved the sheer brutal honesty of this film. I’m not going to go too much into detail too not spoil the movie, but yeah my edit kind of does that, so sorry about that. 😅 For the quick message about the editing style, my fellow subscribers will see that it’s not my usual style and that this video includes a lot of small and dynamic jump cuts, in order to fit with the song but also the major point was to avoid any problems with copyright issues. (for example, my Stranger Things edit, YIKES!) 😬 Anyway, as always, thank you for being here, you guys absolutely rock!!! this is so good because sabaton and netflix have a very similar production niche. sabaton videos are very cleanly shot, usually have great lighting and those blue hues that netflix used for “all quiet on the western front”. this works so well and it must have been a LOT of work. really, really great!
