the crowns drop from the ice boss zombie, and they spawn in the treasury room (in ice fortress). the snow ghillie spawns in the white high-tech giftboxes in santas workshop and in santas sleigh crashes. rudolph's red nose spawns in his cage on the ground int he workshop. snowman hats and noses spawn on snowmen randomly around the map. if there are any new winter cosmetics, they haven't been released/ we don't know where they will spawn yet

Cosmetics and their drop locations from zombies are not guaranteed. I recommend focusing on a specific location or zombie. If you're having trouble finding the cosmetic you want, try moving about 1000 studs away and returning, or switch to smaller servers after you arrive. The game will spawn you close to your last location.
