Nora was unintentionally one of the best written characters of the Arrowverse. Her arc was so well fleshed out and get redemption so well done. It helped that Courtney and Brandon are married in real life but it is proof that chemistry between actors is so important top character development. Every time Nora looks at Ray, you can feel her wanting to be better to be worthy of him. It was just a great thing to watch cause she was the only person in all the shows who placed Ray Palmer above everything else.

Yeah seeing their relationship play out feels so rewarding not only for Nora and her redemption but also because every time Ray had a love interest she either died or chose someone else over him. Nora was the first one to love him as much as he loved her. It’s so sweet to see.

0:14-0:38 what kills me is that, in a way, this scene is sort of their first date. I mean not really obviously but I’m sure if Ray weren’t possessed he really would’ve loved to take Nora to a fancy tech press meeting, whether it was his or not. And that just makes it so much sadder, these two spend all season trying to be together, they finally admit how they feel, and then when they’re almost safe and almost happy, Nora is left unconscious and Ray’s body is taken over by a demon who wants to take over the world, and to rub salt in the wound said demon forces her to finally be side by side with the man she loves all while knowing it’s not really him. Poor Nora, poor Ray:(
