Imagine if Subaru could use his taboo as an attack. Like he just grasps his heart and then says "I can Return by Death" and then the music stops and is instead replace by "The Call of the Witch" and Satella crushes the enemy's heart. This is an insta kill no matter the health pool, or it removes a certain percentage and applies a debuff. This however has only a 10% change of activation, and should you fail, Subaru instead takes the damage. (Tho he never gets insta killed, but rather only loses like 10 percent health) and the lower the health Subaru has the higher the chance that the attack will work, up to 50 percent chance when Subaru reaches 10% or lower health. So either Subaru dies (due to the penalty being 10% of his health) or the enemy dies. Sort of a last ditch resort.
