Fun facts! When split says “I should get some for her” she’s referring to Bive since split and Bive are canonically in a relationship. (She’s planning to get Bive roses) However, when mannequin mark says “I never got him any” he’s referring to Walter, They were married for 6 years (Mark proposed first) and then they divorced because of the differences on their materials (Walter was the one who initiated the divorce). So basically mark is saying he never got Walter any roses despite the fact they were together for 6 years
