The recommendation was to select a subset of goals to work on during a scrim session and ignore everything else not related to those goals during review to reduce overload.

I think that's Los' biggest weakness is while they play really well, once in awhile, they go solo-q mode and start splitting up during a team fight and getting themselves picked off. Instead of staying together or someone leading comms on who to target.

Their biggest weakness is their mentally fragile Jungle and Support and their non existent synergy. They can go from talkative to real quiet fast. They also don't know how to engage and peel properly for Nemesis and Crownie. Sometimes it tilts me watching their target selection or just leaving carries to die especially if Rekkles is on melee and Velja is on tanks. Their team fights are soloq-ish but Nemesis and Crownie somehow makes it work.

Hey Caedrel tip from myself, I’m a basketball coach. Try acknowledging the players opinions more on the fights whether you agree or not. Helps register for everyone that the point has been addressed. Doing well so far keep it up!

Yes, for example saying things like “I hear your suggestion. However, ….” “I see the idea you had, but I think it’s better for the team if….” “I understand your position, but here’s what everyone needs:…” It’s something he does the second half of already, but it’s the first half of the sentence Caedrel (edit to fix name misspelling) needs to say where his players could feel unheard.

To caedrel: In the cho game baus was very strong and was pushing a lot of enemies and pressure to him. I think Baus should be taught to call plays when ahead in those moments. For example he runs out of base and says I want to push and die, because i know that for them to kill me 3 people come top, so you set up push in bot lane and take their base. Many times i see Baus die when the team is in no position to punish them commiting 3 people to kill him, but if somehow he was able either to call the play or wait 20 seconds in fog of war for bot wave to be ready to capitalise on their overplay I think you will be able to use the type of play that baus uses best. Even when he is behind he is able to push 3 or more people to kill him. Communicating in a League game is broken, use that. Hope the idea helps

I'm catching up on vids late but I hope this can make it to caedrel anyway A coaching suggestion: to make takeaways more actionable, consider framing them as "if-then" triggers that the players can work on internalizing. The takeaway of game 1 was "try to link up more" - this kind of general concept is hard to keep in mind, and if it is there likely aren't other concepts they can actively work on (eg confirming communication). Instead, maybe there's an if-then they can practice: "IF walking towards an objective where the opponents may be first, THEN think about connecting up before walking in." This works for other skills too - "IF someone asks you a question, THEN answer yes/no before giving justification". The advantages of framing takeaways and skills to practice as if-then triggers are - it's easier to evaluate how well you worked on them: how many times did the trigger happen, and how many times did you do your action? - it's easier to stack them: triggers are more obviously situational (contesting objective) or general (communication confirmation), and you can work on one trigger per category instead of trying to keep one concept in mind the whole game - if-then rules lend themselves to internalization, ie unconscious competence Rooting for the rats, I love watching this team!

Every time I want to flame Baus for inting he makes a good play to turn the game around and its funny to see how it always works with him somehow. I was never a fan of his playstyle I'll admit.
