Fun trick: If you're only trying to get quest items or recipes from piles; you must have your inventory full of stuff from piles first; like already prepared food for example.

It's entirely possible to force any item. if you already got all quest items, and your inventory is full of stuff that can't drop from the rummage pile, if you can interact with it it's a recipe (works other way around too, if you have all recipes but not all quest items). If you got all the recipes and quest items, and your inventory is filled with items that can't drop and 1 that can and is stackable, if you can interact it's that item that can drop. (or if you have your inventory filled with all but 1 item and you can't interact then it's that 1 OR the green cylinder because those don't stack, but it's just that 1 item if it's kilima pile) If your inventory is filled with all stuff you can get (27 types of items in Kilima, +heartwood in Bahari) and you can't interact with it, then it's a guaranteed green cylinder. every usage of the word "inventory" refers to both normal inventory and ammo pouch every time I said inventory is "filled with items that can't drop", you're still allowed to have items that can drop in your inventory as long as it's a full stack (it's easier with items that can't drop because you can split them to have a full inventory and stack them back up to have space) this info doesn't include seasonal furniture as I wasn't playing when that was available (but includes a similar scenario using green cylinders) hope you have fun with your daily gold ore or daily heartdrop lilies or daily hunter horns, whatever you do with this info

Oh yeah, it's still entirely possible to use this hack. The devs have been very lenient with not fixing it (yet).

Hey, im collecting furniture recipes from rummage piles using the 'Full inventory' trick. I only need the green cylinder , even thou it says LOOT on the pile i cannot collect it. Does anyone know why ?

Hm, I can only imagine that since it's an actual item and not a recipe/quest, it actually requires 1 free space. I think it would only send an item to overflow storage if you already have a stack of it in your inventory. I don't think the Cylinder stacks, so it's a gamble to pick it up in case it's another resource you don't have in your inventory. However, I remember that we got the Cylinder quite frequently, so probably best to chance it.

The inventory full trick seems to have been secretly patched, doesn't work anymore. I'm missing like several recipes and have tried for 3 days now on two different accounts. When I say "try", I log out completely and back in for almost an hour. I give up. Also a lot of people are getting like 1 corn, 1 tomato, etc so they did the opposite of what they said they'd do. Not worth it anymore until they fix it.

Hm, we didn't include the method as it would sooner or later be patched out, and after all it's not really intended gameplay. However, it still worked for us after the previous big patch - but it took an insane amount of time of logging in and out until we finally got the last recipe we needed. So it might still work, just extremely tedious - almost to the point where I wouldn't want to bother anymore either.

Does only one of each kilima and bahari piles apear at once? Like i find one pile and go to all the other locations and there are none

Only 1 pile per region per day, that's correct. So if you found and looted one in Kilima and one in Bahari, you need to wait till the next day for a new one!
