i'd argue the only reason that both missing nin and missions seem so heavily weighted towards s-rank are because those are the only ones we as the viewer hear about and see. no one wants to watch 500 episodes of going after people who deserted after cheating on their wife, or rescuing cats from trees and helping sort the mail.

I’ve always been curious as to why Kakashi hasn’t learned Flying Rajin? I always felt like he would be great with this. Sage mode would be another I believe he could learn with his chakra pool now. Combining those two things would be cool to see. Maybe a little lightning release to increase his speed even further. Just a thought.

He already has a sharingan to maintain which is always activated since he’s not an Uchiha so his chakra pool is literally always being used and flyin raijin is a chakra depleting jutsu as it takes 4 average shinobi coming together just to pull it off once so he’d just be out of chakra a lot faster than most but maybe now he could learn sage mode but he’s far stronger and the way he fights and how skilled he’s always been it’s not something he would really need he’s more of a technician so brute strength and power amps won’t really be of use to him plus his ninjutsu abilities are far stronger than they ever were in shippuden

Also Sage mode WOULD help him. The reaction time and sensory abilities (combined with his already great reaction time and sensory abilities) would be crazy. On top of that all of his jutsu would get a boost (purple lightning etc). It’s not like Kakashi shys away from Taijutsu either which would also be improved with Sage mode. Both of these jutsu with his now much larger chakra pool would definitely raise him up some notches.

Video idea: "every hidden village ranked and explained" But tackle it from the angle of every villages jonin class shinobi, their ratio of useful/useless shinobi to the plot, I think that could be really interesting. Feel like the cloud and stone are actually quite close to konoha with that. Have to take into account the rogue ninja in the akatsuki that they developed too.

I just realized something. How freaking strong was Hashirama’s wife, Mito Uzumaki? She was a full blooded Uzumaki, the full 9 tails jinchuriki, and she possibly had the hundred healing seal. That’s an unfathomable amount of chakra. If Naruto had near limitless chakra by just being half Uzumaki and half the 9 tails jinchuriki, imagine how much she had. It's worth mentioning that not all jutsus in Naruto and Boruto have been formally ranked, which is normally only done in databooks or by statements made in-universe etc. so while some jutsus such as the Vanishing Rasengan, are completely unranked officially, we can postulate that it is also an S-rank because it meets the requirement of being a Rasengan (A rank jutsu) but with a nature transformation added on top of it. This is why the Wind Style: Rasengan and Wind Style: Rasenshuriken, as well as all other nature transformation variants of the Rasengan, are all S-rank jutsus. So there's definitely more than 25, they just aren't officially recognized as such. Rasengan: Uzuhiko is another example of something that is very clearly an S-rank jutsu as it's an incredibly strong evolution of the Rasengan.
